Cozy Heaven is a German premium bedding brand and part of Everest. As Managing Director, you will lead a small team and take responsibility for the complete business, bringing product, customer experience, commercial performance and operations together. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining long-term direction with close involvement in day-to-day execution.

What you will build

• Own the company P&L, operating plan and quality of growth.

• Lead the team and strengthen the brand, products and customer experience.

• Connect pricing, marketing, inventory and working-capital decisions.

• Work with Everest to apply technology and capture operating knowledge that can strengthen the wider group.

• Experience leading an inventory-led commerce business with meaningful P&L responsibility.

• Strong commercial and financial judgment across brand, customer acquisition, margins, stock and cash.

• A track record of leading teams and specialists, with professional fluency in German and English.
