Build lasting founder relationships and a thoughtful approach to acquisitions.
Everest offers entrepreneurs a long-term home for the businesses they have built. You will identify companies with enduring potential and guide the journey from an initial conversation to a well-considered acquisition and integration.
What you will build
Develop relationships with company owners and a qualified acquisition pipeline.
Lead commercial assessment, valuation and transaction coordination.
Build investment cases with a credible operating and integration plan.
Work closely with operating leaders, finance and advisers through diligence and handover.

Job requirements
Experience taking acquisitions through assessment, valuation, diligence and transaction execution.
Commercial understanding of operating businesses and the requirements of successful integration.
Strong relationship skills and the ability to earn trust with founders, owners and advisers.
