Everest is a small, focused team building an ambitious AI-native group in the real economy. We are an early-stage company, but with a proven track record of building and operating successful companies. This is an open application for rare talent — people who think clearly, act fast, and care deeply about creating value.

You may be a student, recent graduate, or experienced professional. What matters most is your drive, curiosity, and ability to turn ideas into real outcomes. You’ll work directly with founders and operators on projects that shape the company: launching brand experiments, improving systems, building AI workflows, or supporting acquisitions.

We are selective about who we work with. That does not mean we are unfriendly. It means we want to be honest about our environment: small, fast, and demanding. If you are serious about learning, taking ownership, and doing meaningful work, you will fit in here.

We keep teams small and the bar high. Everyone here is expected to use AI as leverage, adapt to systems fast, and find creative ways to make things better.
