Everest is where builders of all kinds come together: engineers, operators, marketers, financiers, and future founders. We don’t hire for titles or years served, we hire for energy, ownership, and the will to build.
Read this carefully! Don't apply if you don't get the vibe.
1. Builders only We hire people who build things. Talking is cheap, doing is what counts. You get real ownership from day one, and you earn trust by what you deliver.
2. Speed with care We move fast and think clearly. Progress matters more than polish, but we never sacrifice proper quality. We expect clarity of thought and thinking from first principles.
3. Curiosity over shiny (shitty) titles We don’t care where you studied! We care how (fast) you learn! You figure things out, ask questions, and teach yourself new skills quickly.
4. No ego, no politics We argue to find the truth, not to win. The best ideas win, not the loudest voices. We don’t like people who always think they know better.
5. Flat but strong There are no layers here. Everyone is responsible for their work, from start to finish. Feedback is honest and direct, because that’s how we all improve.
6. Urgency and hunger We do in a day what others do in a week. You’re hungry to win, restless and relentless by nature, and biased to action.
7. Keep pushing If something matters, you follow up until it’s done. You call, you message, you push people (internally and externally). Progress is better than waiting politely. Push!
8. Fix fast When something doesn’t work, we change it quickly, whether it’s an idea, a process, or a person. We use short trials to make sure there’s a good fit.
9. Results first You are not here to be liked or to make friends. We’re here to create real results as a team. Great friendships come from shared lessons and achievements.
10. Mission first We’re building one of the most ambitious AI companies in the real world. We don’t waste time on distractions or comfort zones.
We're looking for rare builders.
Why you might not want to work with us.
If you need the map before the mountain
We’re early-stage by design. Priorities shift fast, systems are built in real time, and roles evolve. If you need fixed routines and fully defined processes from day one, this will feel too volatile.
If process is your comfort blanket
We optimize for speed, learning, and results, not bureaucracy. You’ll often act before every edge case is mapped, then iterate based on evidence instead of ceremony.
If 'early-stage' reads as 'lower the bar'
Scrappy is not sloppy. We keep a high standard across product, brand, and execution; we simply focus on what moves the needle rather than polishing for its own sake.
If you want one lane, forever
Work is cross-functional by default: brand meets product, marketing meets engineering, AI touches everything. One hour you’re with a supplier; the next you’re mapping an M&A integration.
If titles matter more than outcomes
Builders lead. The best ideas and execution win, not the highest titles. If you expect a traditional hierarchy to shield you from owning the work, this won’t fit.
If AI doesn’t light you up
AI is the backbone of what we build, not a buzzword. If you’re not curious and hands-on with it, you won’t thrive here.
If candid, fast comms drain you
We move quickly, give constant feedback, and expect open progress sharing. Speed and clarity beat perfection; that cadence must energize you, not exhaust you.
If you want to clock out mentally
This isn’t about working 24/7, but Everest will be a big part of your life, and quick responses matter. Commitment comes from mission, so it often doesn’t feel like 'just work.'
If you’re here for a job, not a mission
We’re here to build one of the greatest companies; coasting isn’t an option. If that aim doesn’t excite you, we’ll both be happier elsewhere.
If you expect rewards before results
Rewards here are earned. Compensation is competitive with upside tied to group performance, and your scope and ownership grow with outcomes. If you're looking for guaranteed raises or titles that are independent of your impact, this may likely disappoint you.
Our group
We play to win. We’re building a real team, not just hiring people. Everyone here matters, and how we work together decides how far we go. During the recruitment process, you’ll meet your potential teammates and speak directly with me as the founder. You’ll feel how we think, move, and build: ambitious, fast, and focused on impact. We see failures as lessons and expect everyone to move forward with speed, creativity, and discipline.
